Sharp had lined up an eye-catching array of display solutions at GITEX 2010, using it next-generation LCD professional display monitors and 3D projector. Sharp's exhibit was dominated by the world's largest video wall that was created using Sharp's latest PN-V601 seriees professional 60 Inch LCD panels. Boasting the world's slimmest bezel at just 6.5 mm, the full array LED backlight LCD panel display beautifully displayed several unimaginable and larger-than-life display solutions offering clear and seamless images under the slogan 'Don't miss a thing'.
“It was a proud event for Sharp to be able to present two World's First at GITEX this year. We showed our World's slimmest bezel professional LCD monitor series PN-V601 and that too in the world's largest video-wall configuration of 360Inches using a 6x6 - 36 panel display!” said Mr. Fumio Yamaguchi, MD at Sharp Middle East. “The Gulf region is showing strong vibrancy in demand for our products and our participation at GITEX this year proved very effective as we can see from our a long list of enquiries we have bagged in the 5 days of the exhibition”, he continued.
Sharp showcased its latest PN-V601 series professional LCD display monitors with slim bezel heralding a new era of seamless imaging, opening up never before imagined possibilities for digital signage solutions for use in shopping malls, airports, museums, etc. as well as larger-than-life business and domestic display applications.

"To add to the technical superiority of our products, these LCD panels come with a full array of LED backlight and remote control sensor box making it a flexible solution for both indoor and outdoor high-ambient-light applications", he continued.
Also on display were the world's largest 108 Class LCD monitors. Each of these monitors which powerfully bring images to life. Also on display were Sharp's PN-L601B touch-screen LCD monitor, which come with user-intuitive pen software, making it ideal for meetings, video conferencing, presentations, corporate training, etc. "Large number of visitors were flocking this display with a special interest from educational and digital signage sectors" said Ravinder Kumar. "To complement our display we also showcased our 3D DLP projectors highlighting features like high brightness images and reliable performance for business and education application.
"Our stand at Gitex brought to life our latest achievements and milestones in LCD technology. We were particularly proud of the world's largest video wall as that was the centre piece of our display, dramatically demonstrating the superiority of our new slim-bezel LCDs, which are set to create a revolution in the digital imaging technology," said a satisfied Mr. Yamaguchi.
